Returns and Refund Policy
These terms are subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law). The benefits provided in our policy are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
On top of this, we set world leading quality standards with our products. To keep in compliance with our quality protocols, we cannot allow products to return to our warehouse once they have left. As you can understand, we cannot control what happens to goods once they leave the warehouse. We have set this policy to ensure you are getting the highest possible standards and to safeguard your health and wellbeing.
Postage Companies:
Happy Mammoth is not liable for any goods lost or damaged by Australia Post, UPS, USPS, Fedex, Amazon or any other third party postage carries.
In all other cases where your product does not arrive or is damaged, Happy Mammoth can issue a discretionary refund. If Happy Mammoth decides to issue a refund, credit will be applied to your original mode of payment. However, we are happy to provide you with a full refund under one of our money-back guarantees listed below.
We do not allow returns or refunds for the following reasons:
Didn’t like the taste (secondary consideration to its benefits):
Flavor is very subjective, and its perception varies from individual to individual, so while we do our best to formulate the products with the best possible flavors, we understand that there’s always room for improvement. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund based on taste alone. However, if you use our products and still don’t notice any positive health changes, please get in touch with our support team, and we can look into issuing a discretionary refund.
Being allergic to the product or an ingredient:
It’s your responsibility to research the ingredients in the product to determine if there is anything you are or could be allergic to. You can find all the ingredients and nutritional panels on our store site: https://shop.happymammoth.co — if you need further clarification, we recommend consulting with our customer service team first before ordering.
Ordered too much:
You cannot return our products once you have received them. If you accidentally order more products than you intended, please get in touch with our customer support team at support@happymammoth.co within 48 hours. They will review your order and decide on the best option for you.
Ordered the wrong item:
It’s your responsibility to ensure you are ordering the correct item for your own circumstances. If you are unsure which items to order, please contact our customer service team, or take our free gut grader. If you order the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel you order before it goes out. However, we cannot make any guarantees. If you order has already been sent out, we cannot provide a refund or accept the goods back into our store. Please also take into consideration that customer service response times can take up to 24-hours and only occur on weekdays at this point in time.
Were suffering from financial hardship:
It’s your responsibility to take control of your own financial situation. If you are struggling financially, we do not recommend buying foods or supplements. We therefore cannot offer refunds for financial hardship. It’s especially important that you do not purchase subscription products whilst in financial hardship.

Conditions:
- This guarantee is only valid for customers who have purchased the 1 jar/1 month option. Customers that purchased more products are not eligible for a refund or any other guarantee. If you purchased a bundle/package, the guarantee will only apply to the first month’s supply.
- As the guarantee is based on the effectiveness of our products, you will need to take all dosages of our product as instructed. If the product has not worked for you, we will happily give you your money back.
- You will not be able to request your money back based on flavour only.
- If you request a refund for our gut-related products (e.g. Prebiotic Collagen or Ultra Absorb L-Glutamine), keep in mind that your diet plays an important role in your results. As long as you can show you have taken at least 9 servings of our product and have not eaten junk food and alcohol every day during the trial (which destroys our products’ chances of working), we will happily refund your money (excluding the postage cost).
