The Organizer and Prize

The organizer of the Valentine’s Day Giveaway is Happy Koala LLC (we).

The winner of the Giveaway will enjoy a dinner in a local high-end restaurant up to the value of AUD 600. The winner gets to choose the restaurant!

Participation Dates

The Valentine’s Day Giveaway begins on February 14th, 2023, and ends on February 19th, 2023. 

About the Giveaway

Anyone who purchases any Happy Mammoth product at our online store during the Participation Dates automatically enters the draw. 

One winner will be selected from the draw randomly by computer on February 23, 2023.

We will reach out to the winner via email and/or phone within a week of the draw to discuss the winner’s preferred restaurant and time. The winner will receive a voucher available for 30 days to use in their chosen restaurant.

Eligibility for the Giveaway

To be eligible for the Giveaway, the winner will need to: 

• agree to allow us to publish their name as the winner of the Prize;
• acknowledge the AUD 600 is to include any applicable service taxes;
• agree that the winner is responsible for transport arrangements to the restaurant and costs exceeding AUD 600
• acknowledge that the Giveaway is not exchangeable for cash or other prize; 
• arrange and attend the dinner within two months of being awarded the Prize; and
• acknowledge that we are not responsible for any acts or omissions by the restaurant or attendees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of this State.
