How Do I Take Deep Sleep Mode?

For the best results, we’d recommend taking 4-capsules around 90-minutes before going to sleep. This can be with any beverage of your choice, on an empty or full stomach. Then, you can use this time after taking your capsules to unwind and prepare yourself to drift off into a good night’s sleep.
